Why payouts specifically
Most casino comparison writing ranks on bonus size, which is the number operators most want quoted and the one least connected to whether you can get your money out. Withdrawal speed is harder to research and easy to check once you have, which makes it the more useful thing to publish.
The recurring finding is that approval and settlement are separate events. A site can approve in seconds and still leave you waiting two days because the payment rail is slow, and a site can sit on a request for 48 hours and then pay in minutes. Reporting one number hides which of those you are dealing with.
